Presentation 1: Accelerating Performance Consulting via the Cloud

Dr. Jim Hill, founder and CEO of Organizational Performance Systems (www.ops1.com) has extensive experience in applying cloud-based solutions to performance challenges in government, the military, several industries, and in healthcare. His team applies cloud applications to conduct gap and root cause analysis, plan and execute change, manage talent, and achieve new levels of productivity, alignment, and integration.

During this session, we’ll explore the use of cloud applications and techniques to increase productivity, support evidence - based decision making, and expand the influence of performance improvement leaders and their teams.

Topics:

  • Discuss industry-wide adoption of cloud technologies.

  • Play with tools that are currently available on the internet.

  • Discuss ways to make the migration—which is inevitable—work for performance improvement experts inside and outside client organizations.

  • Discuss using the cloud to accelerate transformation and change.
